
Front Desk Team Leader

**Job Summary**: Assist the front office manager in supervising staff and administering front office functions on a daily basis. Ensure an efficient check-in and check-out process, and maximize the financial performance of the department.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supports management of front desk team
- Monitors and supports progress toward guest services and front desk goals
- Ensures exceptional customer service by providing above-and-beyond service and improving service by communicating with guests to understand their needs.
- Manages all day-to-day operations to ensure quality standards and meet expectations of customers.
- Handles complaints, settles disputes, and resolves grievances and conflicts.
