The Front Desk Admin serves as the first point of contact for clients and
visitors. They represent the brand with professionalism, hospitality, and style. Responsible for
creating a welcoming environment, managing appointments, coordinating customer flow, and
ensuring a seamless client experience from entry to exit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome clients warmly as they arrive at the store
• Manage the front desk – handle walk-ins, inquiries, and maintain client waiting area
• Coordinate client appointments and communicate scheduling with stylists
• Assist in basic client profiling and guide them to relevant departments or stylists
• Maintain visitor records, logbooks, and attendance registers
• Support in in-store events and customer engagement activities
• Handle phone calls, messages, and front-desk emails professionally
• Assist the team with administrative support as needed (documentation, reports, etc.)
• Ensure front desk and lounge areas are always clean, presentable, and well-stocked
