
Front Office Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the position of Front Office Executive in our establishment. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.
The successful candidate will be able to manage day-to-day operations at the front desk, including check-ins/outs, billing, answering phone calls, emails, and responding to inquiries. They must also ensure that front desk functions are error-free and identify lapses in real-time. Additional responsibilities include administering front office functions daily, implementing continuous review and improvement.

Key Requirements:
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- At least 3-4 years of experience working in 4/5-star hotels in similar roles.
