Role Overview
- Drive strategic alignment between HR strategies and educational goals. Collaborate with school leaders to ensure HR initiatives align with the school's mission and objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development to attract and retain qualified staff.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee issues, handle grievances, conduct investigations, and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Plan for future talent needs, develop succession plans, and analyze data to inform workforce decisions.
- Support training needs identification and partner with L&D teams to implement programs for faculty and staff.
- Drive engagement initiatives that foster a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
- Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and provide recommendations.
- Assist with implementing new processes and technologies to support staff adaptation to organizational changes.
