Founded and led by three childhood friends and ex-professional athletes – Aameen, Sidharth, and Rochan – our team comprises experienced physiotherapists, trainers, and coaches who deliver customised online programs tailored to each individual's needs.
Job Overview:
We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Outreach: Proactively engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to introduce them to our services.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and goals, providing tailored solutions that address their specific rehabilitation requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our services, pricing, and value proposition to effectively communicate these to clients.
- Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Sales Reporting: Accurately record sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
