Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative at AR Architects Studio in Bengaluru. The representative will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, preparing proposals, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through various channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with the architecture and design teams to understand project requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to meet client needs
Requirements
- Sales, Marketing, and Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand architectural and design concepts
- Experience in the construction or architecture industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record in sales and meeting targets
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is ₹800,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
