Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at DatStek. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to companies in need of billboard advertising, building relationships, and guiding them through our platform to find the most suitable ad spaces for their campaigns.

This role involves outbound communication, client relationship management, platform assistance, market insight collection, and reporting. If you are proficient in English and Hindi, have a strong understanding of marketing principles, and enjoy building relationships, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs, provide personalized support, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist clients in navigating our platform, helping them identify and book the most suitable ad spaces, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Gather feedback from users to improve our platform offerings and services, staying up-to-date on trends in the outdoor advertising space.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Mandatory: Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer relationship management, preferably in the advertising or marketing industries.
