Job Overview:

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a critical role in driving Fenbotics’ growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential customers. This role combines expertise in digital marketing, LinkedIn management, lead generation, and SEO optimization to create a seamless pipeline of qualified leads.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Management:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote Fenbotics’ offerings.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms, including email marketing, social media, and paid ads.
  • LinkedIn Account Management:
  • Oversee the company’s and sales team LinkedIn presence, including content creation, profile optimization, and audience engagement.
  • Actively connect and build relationships with potential leads and industry professionals.
  • Lead Generation and Outreach:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities and target customers in relevant industries.
  • Conduct cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
  • Develop and manage workflows to warm up leads and transition them into qualified opportunities.
  • SEO Optimization:
  • Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and traffic.
  • Monitor website performance and suggest improvements to align with lead generation goals.
  • CRM Management:
  • Track and manage leads in the CRM system to ensure accurate data and seamless follow-ups.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular updates on lead generation efforts.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach and management.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting engaging outreach messages.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with a passion for finding and nurturing leads.
