Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive our company’s growth in India. The ideal candidate should possess strong market research skills, good communication skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to think critically in executing strategies that generate new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and organizations to generate new business opportunities.
  • Execute targeted sales outreach campaigns to build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Track and document all outreach efforts and interactions with prospects in CRM systems.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to support internal projects and business development strategies.
  • Identify and engage with relevant events across India to enhance company visibility and drive participation.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification - Bachelors degree
  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with international teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and a goal-driven, focused approach.
  • Strategic and critical thinking abilities, with experience conducting thorough research and analysis.
