As a key member of our team, you will focus on lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and cultivating long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities
• Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through innovative strategies, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions from our service portfolio.
• Schedule meetings and present our offerings to key decision-makers, effectively communicating how our solutions align with their business goals.
• Identify and acquire new direct clients while nurturing existing client accounts to maximize revenue potential.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft business proposals, respond to RFPs, and deliver compelling pitches.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, inside sales, or client acquisition, preferably for the US/Canada market.
• Strong track record of lead generation, cold calling, and B2B sales success.
• Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM software, sales tools, and data-driven strategies for client engagement and follow-up.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Software development, SaaS, Cloud solutions, DevOps, or similar technology services is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
$500-600 CAD per month + $100 bonus per closed sale, flexible fully remote role, vacation allowance, compensation for internet and phone services.
