Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for loyalty and rewards solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in inside sales.

About the Role:

  • Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for our loyalty and rewards solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities using CRM software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 0-3 yrs of experience in inside sales/lead generation, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Knowledge of loyalty and rewards programs or a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Salary Range: ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
