Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Meet performance targets (KPIs) for customer satisfaction, resolution time, and quality of service
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
