- Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to process returns and related requests, while identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Develop and document knowledge into useful content, continually enhancing product and service knowledge to meet customer needs.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and maintain industry certifications.
- Requirements and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Automotive repair, parts, and component knowledge is essential for this position, along with proficiency in English and digital literacy.
- A strong teamwork approach is required for collaboration with internal departments and external partners, along with adaptability to varying work schedules and environments.
- Maintain a positive demeanor with customers, adhering to company policies and procedures while working independently or as part of a remote team.
