Smart Operations Solutions drive productivity in complex operations, such as claims processing and commercial underwriting. These solutions, based on proprietary capabilities, AI, advanced process analytics, and deep understanding of operations, drive effective digital transformation for our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating compelling marketing materials that clearly communicate our value propositions, case studies, and points of view. This role is critical in shaping our brand and ensuring that our messages resonate with senior business executives in the US and India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create impactful marketing materials, including presentations, flyers, LinkedIn posts, and teasers for various marketing events, such as webinars, conferences, and recruiting events.
- Coordinate and manage events, conferences, and webinars to promote the company.
- Craft compelling case studies and points of view that highlight our solutions and their benefits.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that target senior business executives and talent in the US and India.
- Enhance brand positioning through innovative campaigns and storytelling.
- Manage and optimize content for various channels to ensure maximum engagement and reach.
- Manage Website content and optimize for engagement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and information necessary for creating effective communication materials.
- Oversee social media, SEO, and paid advertising strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing materials and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and manage the marketing communications budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the SAAS industry.
- Proven track record of creating impactful marketing materials for senior business executives and talent.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools is a plus.
