This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who can combine sales expertise with design flair to drive business expansion and create captivating interior spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting company-provided leads into lucrative business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Convert company-provided leads into high-value business opportunities through effective lead nurturing and relationship building.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients to present company services, discuss project requirements, and negotiate terms.
- Develop and present project proposals, including detailed drawings, mood boards, and layout plans, to secure deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual business targets by staying focused on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and budgets during meetings.
- Create stunning interior design concepts, advise clients on materials and finishes, and ensure timely project execution.
- Resolve any design or execution-related issues promptly to maintain high client satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development and interior design, preferably in the interior design industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and MS Office.
- A sales-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with a passion for interior design.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
