The Assistant Sales Manager role at Accretion Aviation involves driving business growth through proactive client engagement and effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Visits: Conduct visits to a minimum of 5 clients daily to generate new business and secure deals.
  • Lead Generation: Engage in cold calling to identify potential clients and generate leads.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent effort and strategic planning.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost client acquisition and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork with commitment.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is up to ₹4,00,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
