Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Professional to spearhead compensation and benefits programs for employees in the US.

This role will involve designing, managing, and optimizing various aspects of employee compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Management: Accurately process salaries, manage deductions, and handle payment transactions.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and correct calculation and reporting of federal and state taxes, adhering to labor laws.
  • Benefits Administration: Develop and administer compensation structures, incentive programs, and benefits plans, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and internal policies.
  • Employee Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including payroll history and benefits details.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and perform data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in compensation and benefits programs.
Requirements:
  • Expertise: Proficiency in payroll processing, tax compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)-CP.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
