Are you an experienced professional seeking a challenging role in compensation and benefits management?

We require a skilled Compensation & Benefits expert to join our HR team, focusing on ensuring our pay and benefits programs are competitive, compliant with laws, and well-maintained.

This key position involves close collaboration with payroll and HR teams, but requires expertise specifically in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits, not general HR or payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and manage compensation and benefits data.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with labour laws related to statutory payouts and contributions (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.).
  • Support the design and implementation of compensation policies.
  • Work closely with payroll and HR teams on statutory records and reporting.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market research.
  • Drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles.
  • Candidates from Tier 1 and 2 Institutes are preferred.
  • Experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry is highly valued.
  • A strong understanding of statutory compliance related to compensation is essential.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.

Please note: This role is not suitable for candidates specialized in payroll processing, HR generalist roles, HR business partners, or talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to navigate complex regulations effectively.
