  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous payroll and benefits records, ensuring data accuracy and identifying any discrepancies.
  • Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding their pay, deductions, benefits, and related queries.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in processing payroll and benefits for US-based employees.
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll and benefits laws and regulations.
  • Experience with payroll and HR software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, HR, and vendors.
  • Ability to perform calculations, analyze financial data, and resolve discrepancies.
