Senior Compensation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to manage compensation and benefits programs for US-based employees.
Key responsibilities include:
- Payroll Processing: Accurately calculate salaries, process payments, and manage deductions for employees.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and correct calculation and payment of all federal, state, and local payroll-related taxes.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, deduction processing, and claims handling.
- Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous payroll and benefits records, ensuring data accuracy and identifying any discrepancies.
- Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding their pay, deductions, benefits, and related queries.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with complex and changing US laws and regulations.
- Reporting: Generate reports on payroll expenses, taxes, and benefits data.
- Auditing & Reconciliation: Conduct periodic audits and reconciliations of payroll and benefits data.
The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in processing payroll and benefits for US-based employees, strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll and benefits laws and regulations, and excellent communication and analytical skills.
