Job Title: Compensation Specialist

 

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled compensation specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes across multiple countries.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll inputs through Workday or Alight Worklife, ensuring accurate and timely updates to employee records.
  • Collaborate with the global payroll team to implement effective payroll strategies.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing payroll-related queries and concerns.

 

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3-5 years of payroll experience, preferably in a global region.
  • Expertise in multi-country payroll processing and payroll regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with global payroll processing platforms is highly desirable. Additionally, proficiency in multiple languages would be an asset.
