Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Payroll Specialist. As a key member, you will be responsible for processing payroll mandates, managing language projects, and maintaining high standards of quality in all materials.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Process various mandates related to EDM, payroll, and travel requests.
  • Collaborate with customers to answer their queries and provide solutions within set service levels.
  • Assist internal teams in understanding languages and achieving target goals.
  • Translate documents from one language to another.
  • Maintain organizational structure and prepare reports.
  • Train and guide team members.
  • Perform additional tasks aligned with primary position responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Translation, Interpreting, or related field.
  • Minimum 0-5 years of experience in related fields.
  • Proficient in German language (B2,C1).
  • SAP experience is an added advantage.
  • Effective communication with clients.
  • Digital affinity and openness to learning new skills.
  • Team spirit and willingness to take on responsibility.
