What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need 8–12 years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience. You should have a strong background in Compensation, with a focus on implementation projects. Your expertise should be at a Functional SME level, allowing you to effectively manage and lead teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementations, ensuring they are successful and meet business requirements.
  • Conduct requirement workshops & map business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify as-is vs. to-be processes and design optimized solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Build/review functional design documents, enhancements, reports & integrations to ensure seamless integration.
  • Configure scenarios and deliver real business impact by analyzing data and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on full lifecycle projects, ensuring effective communication and project management.
