Job Title: Executive - Compensation & Benefits

The role involves managing compensation and benefits for the organization, requiring an experienced executive with key responsibilities including processing monthly salary inputs, exit and full and final settlements, employee reimbursements, and maintaining MIS data reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly salary inputs, salary advance, loan, and salary increment and share with the finance team as per defined timelines.
  • Process exit and full and final settlements within defined timelines.
  • Maintain and update all MIS data reports related to compensation and benefits, and employee exits.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for all payment-related updates and queries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of benefits for employees, adhering to company policy guidelines, reviewing, and approving requests on the HRMS portal.
  • Manage and coordinate the annual increment process for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all related tasks, including data collection, analysis, and communication, to deliver finalized increment letters to employees within designated timelines.

Functional Skills:

  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Data interpretation and analytics.
  • Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization as well as internal customers.

Behavioral Skills:

  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Good time management skills.

Qualification:

  • 8-12 years of experience with an MBA in HR, MSW, or PGDHR, along with a track record of success in the Compensation & Benefit field.

Certifications:

  • Preferably PHR/SHRM-CP/CHRMP-HR Analysis and other globally recognized HRM specialist validated certificates.

  • Time-off rotation will be 6 months working and 21 days off if posted in Lagos, 6 months ON 30 days OFF, if posted in Plant/Site, and subsequently followed by every 6 months once.
  • Workdays and hours – six and half day’s work.
  • First salary will be released after 60 days followed by the salary cycle.
