We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager with extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment within the warehousing and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent, while maintaining a robust pipeline for critical positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level roles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using various channels such as job portals, networking, employee referrals, and headhunting.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Expertise in warehouse and campus hiring is a significant advantage.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on their fit within the organization.
- Promote volume hiring and niche roles in warehousing/logistics functions.
- Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Support employer branding initiatives and employee engagement programs.
