Key Responsibilities:
  1. Job Advert Management: Post and manage job adverts across various job boards to attract top talent.
  2. Candidate Outreach: Perform active candidate outreach via platforms such as LinkedIn to connect with potential candidates.
  3. Screening and Assessment: Develop and implement screening and assessment processes, including technical assessments, one-way and two-way video interviews, and evaluation rubrics.
  4. Application Review: Review job applications and assess candidate suitability for roles.
  5. Background Checks: Conduct thorough background checks on shortlisted candidates.
  6. Candidate Shortlisting: Create detailed candidate shortlists for clients based on their requirements.
  7. Candidate Communication: Handle candidate communication and coordination, providing timely feedback and responses in line with company values.
  8. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with institutional partners, such as universities and colleges, to expand our network.
  9. Employer Brand Awareness: Develop and execute strategies to enhance our employer brand awareness and presence through events and networking opportunities.
  10. Process Refining: Continuously refine and improve our screening and assessment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Recruitment Performance: Monitor and report on recruitment performance metrics to inform business decisions.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, with at least 2 years in a startup or scale-up environment.
