Key Responsibilities:- Job Advert Management: Post and manage job adverts across various job boards to attract top talent.
- Candidate Outreach: Perform active candidate outreach via platforms such as LinkedIn to connect with potential candidates.
- Screening and Assessment: Develop and implement screening and assessment processes, including technical assessments, one-way and two-way video interviews, and evaluation rubrics.
- Application Review: Review job applications and assess candidate suitability for roles.
- Background Checks: Conduct thorough background checks on shortlisted candidates.
- Candidate Shortlisting: Create detailed candidate shortlists for clients based on their requirements.
- Candidate Communication: Handle candidate communication and coordination, providing timely feedback and responses in line with company values.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with institutional partners, such as universities and colleges, to expand our network.
- Employer Brand Awareness: Develop and execute strategies to enhance our employer brand awareness and presence through events and networking opportunities.
- Process Refining: Continuously refine and improve our screening and assessment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Recruitment Performance: Monitor and report on recruitment performance metrics to inform business decisions.
- Systems Thinking: Demonstrate the ability to think critically and creatively to drive process improvement.
