Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional to lead strategic workforce planning, talent management and development. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized and possess strong knowledge of both strategic and day-to-day HR operations.

This role plays a vital part in maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Lead performance management efforts and employee development plans.
  • Lead benefit administration and open enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate employee records (HRIS, personnel files, etc.).
  • Track and analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
  • Oversee training and development of employees.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive and engaging company culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • 7-10 years of HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
