Job Overview

The Executive Search Talent Acquisitions Specialist plays a crucial role in implementing an end-to-end experienced hire recruiting strategy, attracting top talent, and providing exceptional candidate support throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Management Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interview availability and booking with assessors to ensure seamless candidate experience.
  • Prepare briefing documents to support interview preparation, enabling effective assessment of candidates.
  • Manage tests and assessments to gauge candidate aptitude and skills.
  • Ensure efficient completion of candidate documentation post-offer to facilitate smooth onboarding.
  • Arrange follow-up meetings, including interviews and feedback briefings, to maintain open communication channels.

Candidate Marketing and CRM Management:

  • Maintain a database of top target candidates and ensure regular updates from relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with Marketing Directors to update recruiting presentations with accurate bios and data, enhancing their effectiveness.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Produce regular activity, progress, and trend reports for key stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree is required for this position.
  • 2-5 years of relevant professional experience is preferred.
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills is essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is necessary for effectively managing tasks and reporting results.
