Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global talent acquisition efforts. As Global Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic talent acquisition plan that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead a team of talent acquisition professionals to ensure effective delivery of talent acquisition services
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify key talent acquisition needs and develop targeted solutions
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform our talent acquisition strategy

Requirements

  • 12-14 years of overall experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Minimum 4 + years of experience in global HR Shared Services hiring/Shared Services environment
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful talent acquisition strategies
