We're seeking an accomplished Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our recruitment strategy in a fast-growing Fintech organization.

About the Role

This senior talent acquisition role will drive the end-to-end hiring process, build a strong employer brand, and ensure we attract top talent across technology, product, operations, and business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's goals.
    • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to achieve high performance.
    • Create workforce plans to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
    • Broaden and promote a robust employer brand to attract top fintech and technology talent.
    • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout all hiring stages.
    • Partner with marketing and leadership to design recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and digital branding initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on talent trends and best practices.
    • Forge strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and networks.
  • Operational Excellence & Compliance
    • Establish recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) for data-driven decision-making.
    • Guarantee compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
    • Implement advanced ATS systems and technology to streamline the hiring process.
  • Innovation & Market Insights
    • Stay informed about market trends, talent intelligence, and fintech hiring challenges.
    • Develop strategies to attract niche talent in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, blockchain, and digital banking.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
    • Proven experience in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.
    • Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Ability to drive employer branding and build strong talent pipelines for niche roles.
