Job Title

The role of Global Head of HR & People will lead the development and implementation of human resources strategy, policies, and practices across all regions.

  • Serve as the executive HR leader across all regions.
  • Establish a corporate-level HR framework — policies, compliance, performance, and leadership development.
  • Design scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.
About the Role

This is a strategic opportunity to build the full HR function in India as the corporate HQ backbone.

  • Oversee local HR operations — recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Act as the strategic partner to India-based executives to align talent and performance with global objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
  2. Partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.
  3. Launch company-wide training, onboarding, and development programs to support long-term growth.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a global or multinational company.
  • Proven experience building HR systems from scratch in a growth-stage environment.
  • Deep knowledge of India HR laws and experience running India HR operations.
