Job Title: Chief Financial Officer
  • We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in managing financial teams and leading strategic planning initiatives. The role involves overseeing all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Lead a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of financial plans.
  3. Manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting, including preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and internal policies.
  5. Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, making recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in finance, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of US GAAP and Indian tax laws.
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Zoho, and Microsoft Office.
