Job Title: Chief Financial Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to drive financial excellence across our banqueting and catering operations in India. As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability, improve process efficiency, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports to inform business decisions.
  • Lead the finance team in managing accounts payable and receivable, cost control, revenue optimization, and internal controls.
  • Analyze P&L statements, cash flows, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Evaluate and implement best practices, ERP systems, and financial processes tailored to banqueting and catering industries.
  • Collaborate with operations and sales teams to plan profitable events, track margins, and control expenses.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
  • Mentor and supervise the finance team, promoting a culture of continuous process improvement and financial integrity.
Requirements:
  • Candidate should hold CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent, with experience in hospitality/banqueting/catering.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of overall finance experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, compliance, MIS, financial modeling, event/catering cost controls.
  • Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or hospitality ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High integrity and process orientation; experience in audit and statutory reporting.
