Key Role

Lead the recruitment and employee engagement efforts to drive business growth.

Collaborate with department heads to source and hire top talent, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.

Develop and execute initiatives to promote a positive work culture aligned with company values.

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, providing timely and effective resolutions.

Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems, tracking key performance indicators and assisting managers in goal setting and reviews.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR management system.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements, handling attendance, leave, and payroll coordination effectively.

Identify training needs in consultation with managers and coordinate employee learning initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
