**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a strategic and seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of the talent landscape, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment life cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent from diverse sources, including professional networks, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Job Description Creation: Collaborate with stakeholders to create compelling job descriptions that showcase our company culture and values.
  • Interview and Selection Procedures: Plan and execute interview processes, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews, to ensure the best fit for our organization.
  • Offer Management: Manage offer processes, salary negotiations, and onboarding procedures to drive position closures and employee satisfaction.
  • HR Support: Provide HR facilitation, induction, onboarding, and joining support to new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into our organization.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA-HR (Regular) degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in generalist HR and talent acquisition, preferably in financial services or investment management.
  • Skills: Exposure to HR operations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
