
Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:
The HRBP Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment and hiring process, coordinating talent acquisition strategies, conducting pre-screening interviews, and analyzing recruitment metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Successfully identify, attract, and hire top talent within tight deadlines, coordinate the full recruitment cycle, track applications, conduct thorough interviews, and select ideal candidates.
- Onboarding: Guide hiring managers through the onboarding process, partner with them to deliver a seamless candidate experience, complete first-day orientation, and serve as a resource for organizational development queries.
- Performance Management: Partner with supervisors and managers to design and implement performance management systems, effective recognition schemes, and reward programs.
- Employee Relations: Act as a confidant to address and investigate employee concerns and issues, collaborate to conduct workplace investigations, provide recommendations, and implement actions to resolve workplace disputes.
- Employee Experience and Engagement: Collaborate in employer branding by highlighting the company's unique selling points, leverage various communication channels to showcase corporate culture, implement employee engagement initiatives, and maintain employee rewards programs.
Administration: Support event planning activities, maintain all external records and documents, and perform other duties as assigned.
