Strategic HR Leadership

We are seeking an exceptional Associate Director Human Resources to establish a world-class HR function at our esteemed institution.

  • The ideal candidate will bring deep experience from Indian universities, coupled with global exposure and a proven ability to attract top talent from across the globe.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Strategic HR Plans aligned with our institution's mission and international standards.
  2. Lead All HR Functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, and compliance.
  3. Build a Strong Organizational Culture that reflects our institution's values and global outlook.
  4. Partner with Academic and Administrative Leaders to support workforce planning and talent development.
  5. Drive International Recruitment Strategies to attract top-tier faculty and staff from around the world.
  6. E nsure Compliance with Indian labor laws, university policies, and accreditation requirements.
  7. Develop and Oversee HR Systems, policies, and procedures.
  8. Manage Employee Relations and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
  9. Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiatives across our campus.
  10. Provide Strategic HR Insights to senior leadership and contribute to decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in Indian universities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic HR planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to partner with academic and administrative leaders.
  • Familiarity with Indian labor laws and university policies.
