Human Resources Leader

This role is accountable for the entire human resources lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and benefits administration.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record of delivering results-driven initiatives that drive business growth. They will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive human resources strategies, programs, and practices to support the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through various initiatives, such as training, feedback, and recognition programs.

Requirements:
