The Human Resource Information System Manager oversees system support, problem resolution, HR reporting, and process optimization for the company's SAP Success Factors system.
This includes project management during system implementations, ensuring tasks are completed as assigned.
The role involves leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and configuring live sites in preparation for go-live.
Regional end-users will receive support on data entry procedures, system navigation, and reporting.
The successful candidate will analyze business processes and recommend improvements to meet business needs.
Data standards will be ensured through automation, set up of preventative controls, and data audits.
Business and compliance reports and dashboards will be established and maintained for leaders.
Training for new users, managers, and HR leaders globally will be created and delivered.
The selected individual will ensure accuracy and data integrity of the HRIS system through periodic reviews and audits.
Sustainment planning for HR technology will also be led by this role, including release (upgrades) planning.
The role may involve supporting other HRIS projects and managing integrations with both HR and D&T systems.
Prior experience as a SuccessFactors administrator is required, along with advanced user skills in Microsoft Excel.
A strong understanding of HRIS structure, functions, and processes is essential.
Familiarity with Success Factors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning Management, Succession, Onboarding, and Recruiting is also necessary.
The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users and facilitate effective outcomes.
Maintaining strict confidentiality is crucial for this position.
Strong analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills are required, as well as customer service skills.
