We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee all human resources functions for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Conduct thorough interviews and make informed hiring recommendations.
- Partner with department heads on staffing needs and develop effective solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and continually improve hiring processes.
- Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance management systems that drive employee growth.
- Facilitate annual performance reviews and goal setting, ensuring clear expectations.
- Coach managers on effective performance management techniques and best practices.
- Develop comprehensive employee development programs that address skill gaps.
- Address performance issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Create recognition and rewards programs to motivate employees.
- Workload Review and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough workload assessments across departments to identify areas of improvement.
- Analyze job roles and responsibilities to optimize efficiency.
- Recommend staffing adjustments based on workload analysis and monitor employee productivity.
- Implement workforce planning strategies that align with business goals.
- Develop metrics to track workload distribution and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Leave Management:
- Administer employee leave programs (vacation, sick, FMLA) in accordance with company policies.
- E nsure compliance with relevant leave regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
- Process leave requests and coordinate coverage during employee absences.
- Update leave policies as needed to reflect changing business needs.
- Generate leave utilization reports to inform strategic decisions.
- General HR Functions:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that support business objectives.
- Handle employee relations issues and investigations with sensitivity and fairness.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring alignment with market standards.
- Coordinate training and development programs that enhance employee skills.
- Maintain accurate HRIS systems and data, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Prepare HR reports for management, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and promote a culture of safety awareness.
