The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and compliance, with a solid understanding of UAE statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Oversee payroll administration and attendance management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, job descriptions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and employee handbooks aligned with company objectives and UAE labor laws.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems to foster a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all UAE statutory requirements, including labor laws, visa processing, gratuity settlements, and employee welfare regulations.
  • Act as a strategic partner to management, providing insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Drive HR initiatives related to training, learning & development, employee engagement, and succession planning.
  • Maintain and enhance HR systems, databases, and reporting structures for improved efficiency and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Prior HR experience in the Gulf region (UAE preferred) is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and statutory compliances.
  • Expertise in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and performance appraisal frameworks.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
