Job Title : Talent Acquisition Manager (Commercial Roles)

Service Line & Business: RPO

Experience: 15 years of relevant experience

Location: Gurgaon (Client site)

Work modality: Hybrid (5-day work week - 4 days WFO, 1 day WFH)

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a global client account across India. You will have the autonomy to make the team and regional account your own moving forward.

Your primary focus will be on delivering a best-in-class resourcing function by achieving all agreed performance metrics. Additionally, you will own a continuous improvement roadmap which should include enhancements to our people, processes, and technology.

You will collaborate closely with specialists across employer branding, recruitment marketing, sourcing, DE&I, and continuous improvement.

About you:

You will have a proven track record in a people management role within talent acquisition, and you will possess a range of interpersonal and collaboration skills.

You should be able to evidence your multiple achievements in driving improvements in KPI performance, operational discipline, data integrity, and overall recruiter capability in a team dynamic.

It's essential that you're highly organized, self-motivated, and able to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels and across diverse cultures.

Key aspects of the role:

  • Directly managing a team of Associate Recruiters, Recruitment Coordinators, Recruiters, and Team Lead
  • Supporting non-technical hiring across India focused on commercial roles (75% Sales roles), Corporate functions, HR, finance, regulatory affairs, Marketing, Legal & compliance, supply chain, plant heads, Logistics, R&D, etc.
  • P&L management and revenue generation
  • Recruitment operations management experience within an in-house, MSP, or RPO environment
  • Commercial and Project experience
  • Delivery responsibility across KPIs & SLA's and broader contractual agreements
  • Quality assurance and compliance audits
  • Strategic mindset and approach
  • Senior stakeholder management both internally and on the client side
  • Fluency in English

The estimated salary for this role is ₹20,00,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
