Job SummaryWe are seeking an exceptional and experienced Commercial Talent Acquisition Manager to support our client's non-IT commercial roles. This role involves leading and managing a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists while driving overall performance to agreed KPIs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities- Ownership of the entire recruitment life cycle for several key business areas, focusing on direct sourcing for diverse non-tech roles.
- Maintaining exceptional candidate experience by upholding Korn Ferry values and standards.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, ensuring excellent stakeholder management.
- Strategizing recruitment and hiring processes in consultation with hiring managers.
- Managing on-site and remote teams of recruiters across India.
- Defining and communicating individual and team metrics.
- Leading the team by delivering candidates against a range of roles.
- Maintaining awareness of creative sourcing strategies and working closely with the team.
- Identifying resources required and assigning individual responsibilities.
- Being a subject matter expert on technology utilized within the recruitment process.
- Delivering to contractual SLAs and KPIs.
This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate must be able to handle a volume of at least 90-100 open requisitions/roles annually along with their team.
Requirements- Anywhere between 3-12 years of Recruitment experience supporting manufacturing clients.
- Experience in hiring for non-IT roles like commercial (75% Sales roles), Corporate functions, HR, finance, regulatory affairs, Marketing, Legal & compliance, supply chain, plant heads, Logistics, R&D, etc.
- Demonstrated success in both recruitment delivery capacity and team management experience within in-house Recruitment/RPO/Agency would be preferred.
- Experience leading at least a 3-5 member team.
- A Bachelor's degree is a must.
