Technical Talent Acquisition Leader

Tech-savvy talent acquisition leader sought to spearhead our recruitment efforts in Gurugram. This key role will oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with our business objectives.
What We're Looking For
A seasoned talent acquisition professional with a strong track record of successful recruitment in the tech industry, preferably with at least 2 years of managerial experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels, as well as strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions.
The Job Description
We are looking for a technical leader to help us achieve maximum potential in areas of rapid software delivery, automation, security, and quality. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and adjusting our strategies accordingly. You will identify and execute on new and innovative ways to attract high-quality candidates, including developing and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, utilizing data analytics to track, measure, and report on recruitment metrics and performance indicators, and continuously analyzing recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Identify and execute on new and innovative ways to attract high-quality candidates.
- Utilize data analytics to track, measure, and report on recruitment metrics and performance indicators.
- Implement and manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
- Continuously analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of successful recruitment in the tech industry is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
