What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst – New Business to join our Revenue Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, a passion for operations while driving scalability, and the ability to deliver data-driven improvements in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Business Partner to the Sales New Business leadership and Alliances leadership on all things related to their business.
- Drive Sales New Business territory planning and continued execution.
- Engage with Sales New Business Leadership to create processes and workflows across the expansion and renewal lifecycles.
- Ensure data integrity of Prospect Accounts, New Opportunities and tasks related to the lifecycle.
- Track operational performance, provide insights and recommendations.
- Own Redwood's New Business AE QBR Process and execution.
- Provide pipeline analysis with recommendations including Sales Accepted Opportunity reporting, closed lost/churn analysis, customer trends, etc.
- Assist in Quota assignment and compensation reporting.
- Drive Salesforce Data Hygiene as it relates to our prospect accounts.
- Ad-hoc and standard reporting and dashboards for the AE teams.
- Build relationships with various departments.
