About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Regional Head to join our team at Expertia AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retain and expand our customer base for Mortgage, Home Loan, and Loan Against Property.
  • Develop relationships with builders, realtors, CAs, DSAs, and corporates to leverage business opportunities.
  • Lead a team of 10-20 people, comprising two Sales Managers and eight Relationship Managers.

Requirements

  • Exceptional leadership, customer service, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and prioritizing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting, with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Sound proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience in Mortgage, Home Loan, LAP, and Business Loans.
