Job Title: Executive Sourcer

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment, preferably in IT and Non-IT fields.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
