Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing the recruitment strategy and execution for our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract high-quality candidates
  • Collaborating with senior leadership and department heads to understand workforce requirements and proactively plan recruitment activities
  • Setting and monitoring key recruitment metrics to ensure goals are met
  • Leading and mentoring a team of recruitment specialists and coordinators
  • Providing ongoing training, support, and coaching to enhance recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred

Skillful recruiter with ability to identify, source, and select qualified candidates for open positions.

  • Recruitment Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruitment specialists and coordinators.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Oversee the identification, sourcing, and selection of qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Hiring Process Optimization: Ensure a seamless recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance and promote the company's employer brand by actively engaging with candidates and creating a positive perception of the organization as an employer of choice.
