Job Opportunity:

We are seeking experienced professionals to manage and grow our Employee Health and Benefits business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in group mediclaim, group terms, and general insurance.

  • Responsibilities include servicing existing clients, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining client relationships.

Key skills required for this role include excellent analytical and communication skills, leadership ability, and the capacity to manage diverse client cultures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough analyses of clients' existing portfolios and providing recommendations on risk management.
  • Assisting clients with gap analysis of their policies and suggesting better terms.
  • Negotiating with insurers to secure the best deals.
  • Ensuring timely reminders for premium payments and maintaining 100% client retention.
  • Preparing proposals for client presentations and engaging with clients for Quarterly/Annual Client Satisfaction Surveys.
  • Booking and invoicing business on time, coordinating with other practices for cross-selling opportunities, and interacting with risk insurance markets to source the best solutions.
