Employee Relations Associate

Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Employee Relations Associate. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement, and resolving any employee relations issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels. They will also possess a proven track record of handling complex issues, and be able to analyze problems and provide pragmatic solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including employees, management, and external bodies, to achieve company objectives. You will also be responsible for implementing personnel policies and procedures, establishing lines of control, and delegating responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Full-time MBA from a reputable business school (preferably from a top-tier institution)
  • Proven track record of handling complex issues
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, empathetic, and strong negotiation/diplomacy skills
  • Strong analytical and facilitating skills
  • Creative bent of mind
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task
